The Zebras's U13's travelled to Wath for an early KO in the Yorkshire Cup. Wath opened strongly, scoring 20 points in the first 15 minutes. The Zebras regrouped, tightened their defence and worked their phases, scoring just before half time to change the momentum.
The second half saw a clear shift. The Zebras controlled possession, kept their shape and took control of the game. Quick tries in succession levelled the scoreboard and with momentum on their side the Zebras took control and moved in front.
The final 10 minutes were physical, with both teams contesting every breakdown. The Zebras forwards held their ground, and the defensive line stayed organised under pressure.
A deserved win, based on patience, discipline and teamwork!
